Company Values

stain
Unfortunately, values such as customer service, quality and professionalism are not as prevalent as in the past. We have all experienced shoddy workmanship, inattentive treatment and missed appointments. Throughout my engineering career, I have railed against the short-sighted concept of sacrificing quality for schedule. Indianapolis Superstructures will not be doing business in this manner. We intend to be different in this regard. Perhaps it will cost us some business but the clients we serve will be satisfied with our services.

It is my hope that if we practice The Golden Rule, maintain good client service, quality over schedule and professionalism, we will garner more business - not less. Time will tell; but either way, I will sleep better at night.

Client Service

Without clients, all companies would be out of business - that is a simple and true fact. When someone grants us their business, it is our responsibility to do the best we can to the provide products and services that result in additional future work. We aren't perfect but we can strive to be. Our professional staff is exceptionally qualified and experienced. More importantly, they enjoy their work and take pride in working with our clients to produce homes in which everyone can be proud.

Quality

Most companies consider schedule more important than everything else. They constantly become slaves to a schedule that can't be met without taking short-cuts and then are forced to find the time and money to redo the job. They get it right eventually, but at what cost. That is no way to operate a business. This does not mean that we feel that schedules are unimportant. We will do our best to meet them, but not at the cost of poor quality. We will always place quality first.

Another business axiom is "Never turn down work". Indianapolis Superstructures, LLC will turn down work that can not be done properly. Trying to squeeze one more project into the schedule is not good business for anyone.

If your situation is such that you must meet a tight building schedule, it probably would be better if you choose another company with which to work. However, if you agree with us that the multiple benefits of quality far outweigh trying to meet an impossible schedule, you have come to the right company.

Professionalism

What is a professional? A professional has the required education and experience to perform his/her job properly. A professional respects his/her client. They enjoy and take pride in their work. They respect themselves. Indianapolis Superstructures will only employ professionals.

Indianapolis Superstructures, LLC is a new company founded by a not-so-new professional engineer. I bring to the company over 25 years of building systems design and construction management experience. My experience ranges from energy conservation studies to systems design for diverse types of commercial/industrial buildings to design/build projects for the National Security Agency.

Cost Containment

Another important goal is to maintain competitive pricing. This is accomplished by employing experienced people who can work efficiently and by maintaining a low overhead consistent with our services and growth rate.

Christian Service

We are a Christian oriented company and offer pro bono consulting services to local churches. We are also a supporter of Third Phase in Noblesville.
