As you can tell from this website, our primary business is construction of new ICF homes. Of course, we can't be everywhere and it is quite difficult to determine when, where and by whom a new home will be built. Therefore we have established a Referral Program.
We will pay a referral fee to anyone, 18 years or older, who refers a client to us, as follows:
1. The referred client shall sign a contract with us for the construction of their new home.
2. The person referring shall be identified (in writing) prior to the signing of the contract.
3. For new homes, the referral fee is $2000 and only one referral fee shall be paid per home.
4. The Referral Fee shall be paid upon completion of construction of the new home.
Occasionally, you may run across someone who is going to build (or have built for them) a new home. Please refer them to this website so that they can be made aware of our products and services. We will not initiate a contact, so their peace of mind and privacy is safe.
If you are interested in joining the Referral Program, please read the Referral Agreement and contact us. The Individual Referral Agreement shall be established prior to making referrals. We also have Business and Non-Profit Referral Agreements.
