Referral Agreement

This Referral Agreement is made between Indianapolis Superstructures, LLC (Owner) with offices at 9689 Castle Woods Cove, Indianapolis, IN 46280 and ______________________________ (Representative) with address at _________________________________ on the ____ day of ___________ 2008.

The above parties agree to enter into a Referral Agreement as follows:

The Representative may periodically become aware of an individual(s) who is interested in having a new home built in Central Indiana. The Representative will refer the prospect to Indianapolis Superstructures, LLC by providing the prospect with an Indianapolis Superstructures, LLC business card. The Representative shall write (his, her) name, the prospect’s name and the date on the back of the business card to validate the referral.

If, within one year from the referral date, the prospect (1) presents the signed referral card upon initial contact with the company and (2) signs a contract with Indianapolis Superstructures, LLC for the construction of (his, her) new home, then the Representative becomes eligible for a referral commission.

A $2000 referral commission shall be paid to the Representative upon completion of construction of the home referred to in the preceding paragraph. Only one referral commission of $2000 shall be paid per home.

This agreement may be terminated by either party by given written notice to the other party. In the event a valid referred construction contract has been already signed, the associated referral commission of $2000 shall be paid to the Representative upon completion of construction of the home. If this agreement is part of a Business Referral Agreement, it expires upon the end of employment of the Representative.

The Representative is not an employee of Indianapolis Superstructures, LLC and has no authority to commit or represent the company in any way other than stated in this Referral Agreement. The Representative is responsible for any applicable taxes on the commission. The Representative is not responsible in any way for the performance of Indianapolis Superstructures, LLC and shall be held harmless in the event of any dispute between Indianapolis Superstructures, LLC and prospect.

This agreement is non-transferrable.
