& Drainage
Form-A-Drain
Form-A-Drain is the patented 3-in-1 foundation
solution that forms footings, provides an integrated
drainage system, and can be easily adapted to vent radon
where needed. Designed for residential basement
applications, Form-A-Drain consists of lineal sections
installed as the foundation footing forms. Unlike standard
wood forms, Form-A-Drain lineals stay in place permanently
after completion of the concrete pour, enabling them to
function as a foundation drainage system and — because they
form a complete sub-slab perimeter loop around the
foundation — a key element of a radon reduction system.

BuildBlock Insulating Concrete Forms
Insulated concrete forms (ICFs) are hollow foam
blocks which are stacked into the shape of the exterior
walls of a building, reinforced with steel rebar, and then
filled with concrete. Insulated concrete forms combine one
of the finest insulating materials, Expanded Polystyrene
(EPS), with one of the strongest structural building
materials, steel reinforced concrete. The result is a wall
system of unmatched comfort, energy efficiency, strength
and noise reduction.

Membrane
Platon is made from tough, durable, high-density
polyethylene (HDPE), CertainTeed Platon is a waterproofing
membrane that provides superior moisture protection for all
types of foundations in residential basement applications.
This dimpled 24-mil. wrap separates water from the
foundation wall and permanently bridges foundation cracks,
preventing moisture from entering the basement of a home.
CertainTeed Platon works in conjunction with Form-A-Drain
to keep basements dry and healthy.

Carrier Home Generator
The Carrier Air-Cooled Home Generator is available in
sizes ranging from 7kW-45kW. It runs on natural or propane
gas for easy fueling and switches on automatically when it
senses power loss.
